Cancellation & Refund Policy
This is a working draft for development. Final policy language is pending owner review and must be completed before production launch.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact support as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped (a shipping label has been created) cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are generally final. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at our discretion or where required by law or our payment processor.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support promptly with your order number and details so we can make it right.
