Program terms
- Applications are reviewed individually; acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion.
- Commission rates are agreed individually in writing at approval and may be revised prospectively with notice. The rates shown above are illustrative examples, not offers.
- Commission accrues only on completed, PAID orders placed with your code. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent orders do not earn commission and may be reversed. Valid commissions accrued before a termination remain payable.
- Payouts are settled on a monthly cycle for balances owed.
- Partners are independent contractors — participation creates no employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and partners are responsible for their own taxes.
- Partners must present Origin Labs products strictly as materials for laboratory research. Any claim of human or veterinary use, health or performance benefit, or diagnostic/therapeutic effect is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
- Partners must comply with applicable law and the FTC Endorsement Guides, including clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship wherever the code or links are shared.
- Influencer-style, social-media, and lifestyle marketing are prohibited. Partners may promote only within laboratory, academic, institutional, or professional research settings, and must never describe personal use, outcomes, or effects.
- We may suspend or terminate a partner, or modify or discontinue the program, at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the program. Void where prohibited.
